The combined benefits of the different grapes give the wine a complex flavor spectrum and complexity on the palate. The slow fermentation ensures creamy chubiness, at the same time the wine is fresh and spicy.
The grapes were harvested by hand, and fermented together in a stainless steel tank after a 24 hour maceration on the skin, in order to retain as much freshness as possible in the wine.
The Gemischter Satz goes beautifully with fish, with light meats and pasta dishes, as well as smoked meats or fish.
Grape varieties: approximately 35% Welschriesling, 35% Grüner Veltliner, the rest composed of Weiszburgunder, Chardonnay and Muskateller
