Tasting by Véronique Boss-Drouhin
A wine that is both fresh and straight, typical of the Chablis region. The color is crystalline straw yellow, with green reflections. The mineral and complex nose reveals scents of citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate, the attack is frank. . A nice balance between fat and minerality, a very wide aromatic palette: citrus fruits, vegetal notes such as asparagus or artichoke, hints of marine scents ... .

The wines show a lot of purity and a very pleasant floral style. Chablis shows a very mineral, almost iodized character.

Temperature : 13 ° C.
Consumption : 3 to 8 years.
