Brilliant and very pale yellow with green highlights. Deeply intense, with aromas of pear, orange blossom, pineapple and melon, as well as notes of dried fruit and nuts, such as lightly toasted almonds, imparted by oak ageing. Elegant, with good volume and a flavourful mid-palate. The finish is long, with good acidity and notes of exotic fruits and marzipan, as well as soft nuances of oak. This wine is aged in vats for a relatively short period of around six months in order to retain all its freshness and fruit.
