Overview
Pale golden color, this wine has delicate bubbles and the developed aromas of white fresh fruits such as pear, apple. A clean fresh attack.
The wine goes through temperature-controlled natural fermentation in vats and then is kept for 3 months’ ageing on lees with daily stirring. The doseage of this sparkling is 8 g/L (BRUT)
