Appearance: very intense, beautiful ruby red hue.
Nose: the nose is powerful and shows great finesse. The alternation of strawberry jam aromas and spicy/peppery notes creates a very pleasant bouquet.

DESCRIPTION
The grapes are destemmed and vinified in concrete tanks. Daily pumping over is carried out during the alcoholic fermentation.
Maturing takes place in concrete tank over 8 months.
