TASTING NOTES The name of this cuvée suggests a pronounced minerality where aromas of lilac, peony or peach mingle. This very balanced wine has a rather floral attack on the palate and before unveiling mature tannins. It is a very complex and elegant wine. The finish is tense with almost salinity .. This wine goes very well with complex dishes in sauce, meat or grilled meat.
DESCRIPTION About 30% of the harvest is aged in oak barrels for a few months to find roundness and elegance at the final assembly.
