The wine has a strong flavor of peat smoke and a spicy aroma of American white oak. With notes of Caramel, Vanilia and Seaweed. On the palate, the honey flavor is light and bright. Crisp, fresh oak notes ripen into a dry clove and hay spice, hints of leather. The fennel spice and fruit add complexity to the delicate base of white chocolate. Smooth and creamy malt character with light oak sweetness and herbaceous notes. Light and clean, and finished with a very pleasant, soft apple peel character.
